Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging. If the product has been opened or used, we cannot accept the return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
